The ethos of a school is the general culture of the school and the environment in which it works.

SRPS has built alearning space that eschews competition between children, creates opportunities for studentsto explore their abilities, talents and provide a nurturing and ideal school environment that embraces the individuality of each child in its care.

The school ethos thereby, fosters the development of each individual, a proper sense of self-worth, a sense of responsibility and respect for others.

The success story of the school lies in it having a good work ethic for staff and their understanding of the purpose with which the school was established – service before self. For students, the chief goal is to imbibe in them the values that have intrinsic worth such as kindness, tolerance and compassion.

The characteristic spirit of Srinivasa Ramanujan Public School is that instruction is personalised and the student-teacher ratio is kept to a minimal so that there is an increased student contact with the teachers. This not only allows the teacher to understand the unique nature and personality of each child and focus on the well-being of each student but to also ensure they are all included according to their respective talents and abilities.
